Crawford shares a strength+ core+ balance session.  Endurance sport specific work this session is suitable for all levels.

Session will last 60mins total.

Equipment required- mat, light weights and a theraband or towel, alternatively the session can be done with body weight alone. 

 

Don't forget you can join via zoom on Fridays at 7am and live in the centre from 18th May.
