Crawford leads through a full body workout ideal for endurance athletes. Exercises are fully demonstrated, including Calf raises, mountain climbers, twists, bicycle crunches and much more. 

A recovery week this week leading into a whole new circuit next week.

 

1 Hour Session can be done with or without added weights. Ideally a mat and the rabid or towel will be useful with light weights or waterbottles as addition.
