Ideal if you can have a theraband or towel and 2 dumbbells (or tins beans / water bottles) suitable for arms.
In addition, if you have a heavier weight like kettlebell or dumbbell double the weight of your dumbbells. No worries if you just have the one set of weights or household objects - they will do nicely.
Warm up and stretching as part of the session.
