- Pick a route that starts and finishes at same elevation

 

- Run your best time on the 20th March before 9pm

 

- Following Government guidelines on social distancing

- Runners under 16 years on 20th March 2021 require Parental Consent

TRAINING PLANS WILL BE SHARED ON TRAINING PEAKS.

THESE PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE COACHING THROUGH THE 10 WEEKS

YOU WILL BE GIVEN A BASIC TRAINING PEAKS ACCOUNT

THE PLAN WILL BE BASED ON THE LEVEL AS OUTLINED BELOW

PLEASE ONLY UNDERTAKE A TRAINING PLAN IF YOU ARE IN GOOD HEALTH, AND ARE NOT INJURED.

 

Level 1 

 

Minimum current weekly run volume;

 For 5k; >20

For 10k; >20

For Half Marathon; 30-40k

 

Level 2 

 

Minimum current weekly run volume;

 For 5k; 20-30k

For 10k; 25-35k

For Half Marathon ; 35k +

 

Level 3 

 

Minimum current weekly run volume;

 For 5k; 30k +

For 10k; 40-50k

For Half Marathon ; 40k +
